Returns & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy to ensure you have a pleasant shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days from the shipment date. You may return or exchange unused and unopened items that remain in their original condition.

Return & Exchange Conditions：

• We are unable to accept any returned items sent back without prior authorization from our customer service team.
• All return and exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date you receive your original order.
• All items must be kept in their original condition, unworn, free of scratches, wear marks, and must not have undergone any resizing, alteration or modification.
  When sending back items for return or exchange, please select a shipping method with tracking service. Returns without a valid tracking number will not be processed.
• If your order includes any free gifts, all complimentary items must be returned together with the purchased goods. Otherwise, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from your refund amount.
• For lab-grown diamond returns and exchanges: items must be unused and accompanied by their original certificate. A 35% restocking fee will be applied.

Please kindly note: Do not send your return to the shipping address shown on your package, as this is not our designated return address. Sending items to this address will delay your return processing. Please contact us via the email below first, and we will provide you with the correct return instructions and address.

Non-Refundable Items：

• Final sale promotional items are not eligible for refund, exchange or resizing service.
• Custom-made products, including personalized selections of stone color and metal material, are produced strictly according to your preferences and are non-refundable. Please carefully confirm all details before production begins. If the item does not fit after delivery, you may contact us for available adjustment services.
• Special customized goods such as items with customized plating or stone color, individual pieces from a complete set, and engraved personalized jewelry are non-refundable. However, Elowan Jewelry can assist you in exchanging for another design upon payment of a 35% restocking fee.
• Items without original jewelry tags, worn pieces, damaged or altered products will not be eligible for refund, and must be returned at the customer’s own expense.
• Items sent to you as a replacement or refund replacement are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Refund Information：

Once we receive and inspect your returned package, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds can be issued to your original payment method or stored as store credit in your account. You may check your store credit balance by contacting us via email.
Please note: If you prefer a refund to your original payment account, kindly contact Elowan Jewelry by email first to obtain return authorization.

Standard shipping fees calculated before any discount are non-refundable. Even if you enjoyed free shipping or a discounted shipping rate, we still bear the actual shipping cost for every order. Therefore, original shipping charges will not be returned.

Elowan Jewelry will credit $10 store credit to cover return shipping fees in the following situations:

• You receive an incorrect item.
• The item arrives damaged, defective, or with engraving errors. (For damaged or defective items, please contact Elowan Jewelry within 48 hours upon order delivery.)

A 35% restocking fee will be charged for returns or exchanges of the following items:

Jewelry rings made with pure gold or lab-grown diamonds are typically custom-made specifically for each customer, making it difficult to resell them as new items. In many cases, only the raw materials can be recovered and reused for future production. Therefore, a restocking fee may apply to cover the labor costs involved in inspection, processing, and handling.

• Crafted in 10K White Gold / 10K Rose Gold / 10K Gold.
• Crafted in 14K White Gold / 14K Rose Gold / 14K Gold.
• Crafted in 18K White Gold / 18K Rose Gold / 18K Gold.
• Crafted items made with lab-grown diamonds.
• If returning multiple items (2 or more) from the same order, a 35% restocking fee will be applied to each returned piece.
